What are our Core Muscles?
The “CORE” muscles work together to control intraabdominal pressure appropriate for
the task at hand. When they function properly, thesecoremuscles can help maximize
stability, power, and efficiency. Deficits in these muscles may lead to issues with back
pain, bladder control, digestion, breathing, sexual function.
